Shipping and Delivery Rates

We ship our products worldwide with DHL and Latvia Post shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Rates are calculated according to the country of purchase. We will need a complete shipping address including an email address and phone number.

Currently, DHL is the only express logistics company that allows us to ship gun replicas. We understand that for some customers, the price can be a deal breaker. That’s why we also offer Latvia Post as a more affordable shipping option.

Order Processing Policy. 

• All orders are processed within 1-10 business days providing the product is in stock or made on-demand. Delays may also occur if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. For specific information, check the product page. 
• Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
• If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
• Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide.
• Once your order has been picked up by the courier you will receive a notification of your tracking number, providing you supplied us with your email address.  Check your spam folder if you feel you should have received it sooner.

Order Insurence Policy. 

• Although we take special care to ensure the safe arrival of your products, our responsibility for damage ends when the carrier accepts the shipment. If you choose to opt-in for insured shipping, we guarantee a 100% refund within 3 business days if the shipment came broken. 
• Do not discard the box or any packaging materials. Most claims must be filed with the carrier within 3 business days of receipt of delivery if the package was lost or deformed.
• If an order is delivered to the wrong address and is not insured, Blasters4Masters does not take responsibility for the shipment. In such cases, the package will be returned to us, and the customer will be responsible for covering any customs taxes and the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address.
• We recommend to everyone to choose insured shipping.

Refund Policy.

• Since every product is made on demand, a full refund is not possible, if the order is not canceled within 24h, as the raw materials and human hours have been used, to start the manufacturing process. Every refund request is processed within 20 business days. 
• Blasters4Masters thoroughly inspect all items before shipment. Do not discard the box or any packaging materials. Most claims must be filed with the carrier within 3 business days of receipt of delivery if the package was lost or deformed. Although we take special care to ensure the safe arrival of your products, our responsibility for damage ends when the carrier accepts the shipment.

Custom order and Pre-Order – Refunds & Returns Policy:

• At Blasters4Masters, custom orders are specifically crafted to meet your unique requests, making them one-of-a-kind. Due to the experimental nature of these creations, we cannot guarantee the final outcome or offer refunds or returns on custom products. Each custom order involves a significant investment of resources, and once production has begun, all sales are final. By proceeding with a custom order, you agree to these terms and understand that no changes or cancellations can be made.
• Pre-orders at Blasters4Masters allow you to secure items that have not yet been manufactured at a massive discount. By placing a pre-order, you help initiate the production of the item. However, due to the reduced pricing and the fact that these items are often first-time productions, we cannot offer refunds or returns on pre-orders. Once your pre-order is confirmed, all sales are final. By placing a pre-order, you agree to these terms and understand that no cancellations or refunds will be provided.

Return Policy. 

Please note: If you are not satisfied with your product, you must contact us and initiate a return or claim within 3 business days of receiving your item.

• We want you to be happy with your purchase! We understand that there are risks and uncertainties involved in online shopping, so we will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on most of our products.
• To return your product, you should mail your product to us.
• As a worldwide standard, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
• If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Received a broken or non-working item. 

Broken: Please inspect your order upon arrival. In case you see a damaged box or product, take photos and contact support immediately. Blasters4Masters thoroughly inspects all items before shipment. Do not discard the box or any packaging materials. Most claims must be filed with the carrier within 3 business days of delivery if the package was lost or deformed. Although we take special care to ensure the safe arrival of your products, our responsibility for damage ends when the carrier accepts the shipment. In case you chose insured shipping, we will refund you within 3 business days. 

Gifts: If your order is intended as a gift, it is still essential to inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Even if the item is not intended for immediate use, you are required to check for any damage or defects as soon as the package is received. This policy ensures that any issues are identified promptly and can be addressed within the required timeframe for claims. Failure to inspect the gift upon arrival may result in a forfeiture of any claims for damaged or defective items.

Not working: If the product is not working or you notice that something is not working as it should be, please contact support immediately at [email protected] and we will happily help. 

Sale, personalized and pre-order items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale, personalized and pre-order items cannot be refunded.
