It is two parts: making it, then shipping it. Most pieces are made by hand after you order, and each product page shows its processing time under the price. Most take 5 to 15 business days, in-stock pieces leave in 1 to 3, and pre-orders take longer. Shipping time is added after that, from the option you pick at checkout. Everything in one order ships together.

When your order leaves the workshop, we email you the tracking number. Check your spam folder if you do not see it. Before that, you can follow it live: ask in the chat with your order number, open Track my order, or see it in your account.

Within 24 hours of ordering, write to us and we cancel it for a full refund, no questions asked. After that your piece is already being made for you, but talk to us and we find the fairest way. To change the address or a colour, write as soon as you can. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change it.

We are really sorry if that happens. Take photos of the box and the piece, keep all the packaging, and write to us within 3 business days of delivery. We repair it, send a replacement or refund you, whichever works best. With shipping insurance, it is sorted within 3 business days of your photos.

You have 14 days from delivery, no reason needed. EU and UK: a full refund of the item and the standard shipping you paid. Everywhere else: 100% store credit, or 70% of the item price back. You pay the postage back. Write to us first and wait for the return address. Custom orders are final, and outside the EU and UK so are pre-orders.

A pre-order is a prop we make from scratch once the first order comes in: we model it, engineer it and build it. It takes about 15 to 60 business days before it ships. We make them in batches, so yours can move faster when someone ordered the same piece earlier. Have a deadline? Write to us before you order.

Write to us before you order, or put the date in the order notes at checkout, and we tell you honestly if we can make it. When we are very busy, processing can take up to twice as long as shown. For a firm date, pick a prop that is not a pre-order.

Yes. Every prop order gives you 5% of the product price back as store credit for your next order, plus rank points. Higher ranks raise that percent. Credit and points are yours once the order ships.

We have agreements in place so gun replicas usually clear customs without trouble. Local rules still vary by country, so check yours before you order.

We ship worldwide with UPS, USPS and Latvia Post. The price depends on your country and the size of your order, and you see it at checkout before you pay.

It starts once your order leaves the workshop. In business days: USA 5 to 15 with Latvia Post, 2 to 7 with UPS Express. EU 4 to 8 with Latvia Post, 2 to 5 with UPS Standard, 1 to 3 with UPS Express. Most other countries 10 to 15 with Latvia Post, 5 to 10 expedited, 3 to 8 express. Your options show at checkout.

In the EU, your country's VAT is already in the checkout total. Outside the EU we add no tax, but your country may charge import duty or tax when the parcel arrives, paid to the carrier or customs. We always describe the contents truthfully.

Yes. Tell us the prop and where it is from, and send reference pictures, your budget and any deadline. Props built from scratch usually take 2 to 6 months and are generally no less than $400, unless the piece is very simple. We reply with a proposal and a written quote.

We make props and replicas, and we also work with resellers. A similar piece elsewhere may have come from us. Ordering here is the way to get the piece and the service directly. If you are unsure a product is genuine, contact us.

No. These are handcrafted replicas for cosplay and collectors. Each design is a tribute, made under Fair Use. Reach out to us before filing a complaint. The aim is to celebrate the characters and worlds, not to infringe on anyone's rights.

Most are made of a durable plastic, finished and painted by hand. Premium editions are made of resin. Most props are static display pieces, and the product page says when a part moves. They are not real weapons: they do not shoot and they are not airsoft.
