2001: A Space Odyssey props & replicas

Dave Bowman's helmet from Discovery One

The red helmet is the piece most people remember from the film: Bowman wears it on his long walk through Discovery One to shut down HAL 9000. Stanley Kubrick's 1968 film still sets the standard for how a spacecraft should look on screen, and our prop replica follows the helmet's look from the film.

Display and cosplay

The helmet is made for display and cosplay. Set it on a shelf next to your other science fiction pieces, or wear it to a convention. Each one is custom made to order in our workshop, finished and painted by hand, and the processing time is shown on the product page.
