Good to know
Do I need a new account?
No. If you ordered before, your orders are already here. Just enter your email and the code we send you. Never had an account? The code creates one for you.
Where are my old orders?
In your account, under Order history. Each one shows where it is now.
Who gets the $20?
Anyone who ordered from our old website: $10 when you sign in, $10 more when you add Steam. One per person, using the email from those orders.
I used a different email back then.
Use that email here. Can't get into it anymore? Message us in the chat or at [email protected] with your order number.
How do I use my store credit?
At checkout, you'll see your credit above the promo code box. Click Use it. You can also find it in My account, under Rewards. Go to Rewards
Which currency is it in?
10 in the currency of your last order: $10, €10, £10, A$10 or C$10. If you shop in a different currency, you see the same value converted.
Does it expire?
No. It stays in your account until you use it.
How do I get the second $10?
Link your Steam account, right here after you sign in, or in My account. You get $10 more store credit and 450 rank points. One per account and per Steam account.
